Monterosa Experience aims to organize activities and events in the Gressoney Valley and Monterosa designed to stimulate, recognize and enforce those skills and characteristics of the business environment deemed by the companies needed to grow.

MONTEROSA EXPERIENCE “BUILDING” THE OFF-SITE IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE CUSTOMER

THE CUSTOMER

  1. Establishes the purposes: eg. teamwork, dating between colleagues, leadership, creating a sense of team, acknowledge problems, etc …
  2. Notify the general characteristics of the participant: seniority, feedback on previous off-site.

MONTEROSA EXPERIENCE

  1. Proposes activities or events: eg. research under avalanche, dinners at high altitude with ascents or descents on foot, driving dog sledding, photography contest followed by a professional photographer, etc …
  2. Highlight the elements that should motivate the participants in light of the information received.

 THE SUCCESS OF AN OFF-SITE IS ALSO ASSOCIATED WITH “FREE TIME” AND THE “GOOD FOOD”

 FREE TIME
  • Skiing (alpine or cross country) is not suited to group activities finalized but, especially if accompanied by instructors, can be a desired experience in order to occupy 3 or 4 hours left to leisure time
  • A quiet walk through the village is always an alternative, but if there is available guide, then it can become also an opportunity to visit the Savoy Castle and other cultural sites
  • The hotel stay can be more appreciated if are insured in advance, to anyone who requests, fitness and wellness services (massage, turkish bath, etc.)
  • More broadly, depending on the profile of participants, can be prepared assistance for the satisfaction of specific needs in free time (visits to museums, the casino evenings, etc.)
LUNCH & DINNER
  • The moments of conviviality are very important to pander the best way to get together with colleagues and eventually their respective wives / husbands
  • The preliminary selection of the menu and wine not only ease the timing but you can make lunch or dinner exclusive events: local enogastronomic tasting, tasting great winesmeeting with the typical Walser traditions
  • The dinners at high altitude, as well as making different the off-site, may be the lever of short activities before (ascent with snowshoes and aperitif), or after (downhill walk in the woods or under the moon) very useful for know each other and to build a coalition group

TALKING ABOUT EXPENSES …

THE COST VARIES ACCORDING TO THE DURATION, THE ACTIVITIES AND OTHER ORGANIZATIONAL ISSUES REQUIRED

THE COST ITEMS TO BE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT ARE:

  • TRANSPORT (buses organized or each participant autonomously?)
  • ACCOMMODATION (number of participants, double or single use? What hotel standards?)
  • ACTIVITIES TARGETED (depends on the number and duration of instructors reservations, guides, educators, equipment and transport necessary)
  • MEALS (in addition to the number of participants depends mainly on the quantity and quality of the wines)
  • ACTIVITY IN LEISURE (rental equipment, ski pass, number of necessary accompanying and services required)

ON THIS BASIS THE COMPANY WILL ‘DETERMINE WHICH CHARGES THEMSELVES ASSUME AND WHICH MAY LEAVE THE INDIVIDUAL PARTICIPANTS
